Scallops sashimi

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 10-20 IQF Scallops thawed and drained
  • 1 Pinch of curry
  • Paprika oil for decoration
  • Salt and pepper

Methods:

  • Slice the cucumber into 1 cm slices wide
  • Slice the scallops the same way
  • In a bowl, mix with a wooden spoon the scallops, lime juice, curry, salt and pepper.
  • In a plate of your choice, filed alternating cucumbers (5 slices) and scallops (5 slices).
  • Drizzle paprika oil.
