Ingredients:
- 1 Cucumber
- 10-20 IQF Scallops thawed and drained
- 1 Pinch of curry
- Paprika oil for decoration
- Salt and pepper
Methods:
- Slice the cucumber into 1 cm slices wide
- Slice the scallops the same way
- In a bowl, mix with a wooden spoon the scallops, lime juice, curry, salt and pepper.
- In a plate of your choice, filed alternating cucumbers (5 slices) and scallops (5 slices).
- Drizzle paprika oil.
